AppExchange solutions shine with more flexible features such as mass deduplication, matching across multiple objects, customizable deduplication workflows and automation. The best practice for most companies is to use a hybrid approach – leveraging native Salesforce capabilities to stop duplicates from entering the system, and using third-party tools to clean and maintain data.
DataGroomr vs Plauti Deduplicate (previously Duplicate Check)
