The DataGroomr tech team has been hard at work building improvements to the platform. In our last update, we responded to the most frequent request by providing users with the ability to detect duplicates and merge custom Salesforce objects. Another major feature added to DataGroomr was the ability to export duplicate groups identified by machine learning algorithms to Salesforce as duplicate records sets. This month, we have additional enhancements to share with you. Below is a list of new features added to DataGroomr in Spring ’21.
Manage Users from the Dashboard
Collaboration across your organization is easier now with DataGroomr via the ability to add users in a click. An owner of the organization is now able to invite new users and manage who has access to DataGroomr. This function is available from the top menu under your company name.
Manage Sandboxes
An owner may add or remove Sandbox organizations. All subscriptions above Micro includes one sandbox organization. This function is available from the top menu.
Professional Edition
All subscribers now have greater functionality! Advanced features were moved to the Professional add-on available in all subscriptions below Enterprise. The Professional Edition includes:
- Support for Custom Objects
- Cross Object Datasets
- Advanced Merge Rules
- Export Duplicates to Salesforce
- Advanced SOQL Dataset Filters
All existing subscribers receive professional add-on at no additional cost.
Enhanced Master Record Rules
A new functional block was added to the master record selection rule. This allows users to designate a master record based on the field value. And you may stack multiple blocks to implement ‘if then else’ conditions.
Improved Mass Merge and Mass Import
The stress has been taken out of all of your large merges. The Importr module now allows users to import CSV files with millions of records. Mass merge has been improved to handle very large merges, as well.
