March ‘25 Release

By March 19, 2025No Comments

Spring has sprung and new features are springing up in the DataGroomr platform! Since our last release, we’ve been continuously improving our product. Our latest set of enhancements is jampacked with new AI-powered automation, streamlined dataset management, and improvements to data quality visualization.

Smarter and More Personalized Registration Experience

Our registration process has been enhanced to provide a personalized onboarding experience. DataGroomr AI assistant now automatically creates custom matching models during the sign-up process. The AI agent analyzes your org metadata, data distribution patterns, and deduplication best practices to automatically select and weight fields relevant for duplicate detection.

Smarter Registration Experience

AI-Assisted Matching Model Creation

DataGroomr’s Matching Model configurator has been enhanced with AI to quickly create an accurate and precise matching model that captures all your duplicates on the first analysis. Instead of having to manually add fields to analyze, you can now leverage the power of DataGroomr AI to do the heavy lifting for you. The system scans your Salesforce metadata to select the most optimal fields to capture as many duplicates as possible. This feature can be found in the Matching Models section of the Supervisr module and is available for both Classic and Machine Learning models.

Consistency Formatting Data Quality Checks

Beyond duplication (which is by far the most harmful form of bad data), lack of standardization disrupts reporting, hinders AI adoption, and undermines effective decision-making.

Consistency in Data

Does this look familiar?

To ensure uniformity from the start, DataGroomr now automatically scans and determines the most used phone and address formats inside of your Salesforce instance. It then automatically creates Consistency Data Quality Models and Standardization rules. Now, getting your entire database uniformly formatted is just one click away.

Convenient Dataset Management Toolbar

A new toolbar has been added that enhances use of the Trimmr, Importr and Brushr modules. Common actions previously hidden under the 3-Dot dataset configuration menu have been surfaced as a toolbar. The toolbar lets users quickly edit individual datasets, clone a dataset, and analyze or initiate a deletion on one or multiple datasets at once.

Display Salesforce Internal Field Names

This display enhancement is a small yet important user interface change. Internal field names are now displayed next to the field labels inside of the Fields tab within Trimmr, Brushr and Importr. This update helps reduce possible confusion, allowing you to better select the correct fields.
