The new capability helps organizations orchestrate GenAI and third-party enrichment providers through AI-powered workflows with natural language prompts.

Organizations are increasingly combining GenAI and multiple enrichment providers to improve CRM coverage, automate workflows, and accelerate GTM execution.

  • Quick Start templates – Ready-to-use enrichment templates accelerate common use cases such as ICP Fit Scoring, Buyer Persona Classification, Tech Stack Detection, Personalized Outreach Angles, and Deal Risk Assessment.
  • Dataset-level enrichment orchestration – Teams can control enrichment execution order, field mappings, prompts, and provider usage across Salesforce datasets from a centralized configuration layer.
  • Real-time enrichment triggers – Records can now be enriched automatically as they are created or updated inside Salesforce.
