Our September release brings updates designed to make working with Salesforce data easier and more reliable. The biggest change is that the DataGroomr AI Assistant is now more like a second set of eyes across your workflows — helping you make decisions faster, with less manual effort, and keeping everything fully traceable.
AI Recommendations: Your Second Pair of Eyes
Reviewing duplicates can be time-consuming. This release gives the AI Assistant a bigger role in taking that load off your shoulders:
- Mass Review with AI — Instead of opening groups one by one, let AI review them all in bulk. Each group comes back with suggested actions (merge, keep, or partial), so you can focus only where it really matters. These actions aren’t just labels – they are added as tags to the duplicate groups so you can use them to mass-apply actions like mass merging, turning what used to be a slow, manual process into a few clicks.
- Automatic AI on Review — If you’d rather have AI always be by your side, you can turn on a setting that shows AI recommendations as soon as you open a review. It’s like having a quick gut-check the moment you need it.
Every AI suggestion is tracked in the Audit module’s Log Browser, so you always have a record of why actions were recommended. This helps with oversight and keeps your team aligned. The same assistance with tagging is built into the Import module, meaning that for the CSV data coming from outside Salesforce, you’ll get the same level of attention.

Live Dedupe
Analysis has become dramatically faster for the datasets with Live Dedupe. Now, instead of rechecking every record, duplicate analysis looks only at what’s new or updated, cutting down analysis time. Deleted records are cleaned up automatically.
If you had matching models with the custom transformations in the pre-processing, this is now taken into account by Live Dedupe.
In addition, the duplicates lightning component now has a live view of duplicates. As soon as a duplicate is detected in the Live Dedupe dataset, it appears in the lightning component, no need to refresh a page.
Automatic Credit Refills
Admins can now set up automatic credit top-ups. If your team runs low during a verification or AI recommendation, credits refill instantly. No interruptions in your work, and no scrambling to buy credits at the last minute.
