We’re excited to announce the November ’25 release, that includes new capabilities to make managing Salesforce data cleaner, faster, and more intelligent. This release introduces advanced logic in merge rule design, granular role-based permissions, new mass actions, and enhanced AI automation, along with improvements to stability and performance across the platform.
AI-First Rule Designer Makes Data Work Smarter
The November release brings a reimagined AI Rule Builder experience. The Design with AI workspace lets you describe rules in natural language, and DataGroomr instantly generates a ready-to-use configuration. You can now also make contextual edits by simply asking the AI to adjust your existing workspace (e.g. swap priority, add logic for specific field, etc.), streamlining every iteration.

Advanced Logic in Rule Design
Rules are now more flexible than ever. With multiple AND/OR conditions, regex matching, and logical prioritization, you can design robust rules and implement sophisticated business requirements. Perfect for complex deduplication or master record logic.

Granular Role Permissions
With Granular Role Permissions, admins gain greater control over who can configure datasets and perform bulk operations. In addition to the existing Access setting, you can now define two new permission types: Configuration and Mass Actions for each module or dataset.
This lets you fine-tune access across your team: for example, allowing users to view data without changing configurations, or granting configuration rights while restricting bulk actions like export or mass merge. Each permission supports inherit, allow, or deny options, providing the flexibility and security needed to manage data access with precision.

Mass Unmatch for Bulk Cleanup
Alongside Mass Merge, you can now use Mass Unmatch to split groups you don’t intend to merge in bulk. This feature is especially powerful when used in conjunction with Mass AI Recommendations, allowing you to “unmatch” (split out) all groups that, upon detailed AI review, were not recommended for merging. Each Mass Unmatch event includes a real-time progress tracker and a full audit trail visible in the Audit Log Browser.

Trigger Salesforce Flows from Live Dedupe
Extend automation from DataGroomr to Salesforce. When a new duplicate is detected, Live Dedupe can now invoke Salesforce Flows, to trigger system-wide actions such as Slack notifications, follow-up tasks, or other custom automation directly from duplicate detection.

AI-Generated Rule Names & Smarter CSV Mapping
At DataGroomr, making the app smarter and easier by integrating AI where it adds value has always been our top priority. Over the past releases, we’ve continued to expand how AI assists you. With November’25 release, AI now automatically suggests meaningful rule names when you generate or edit them manually— another step toward intelligent, effortless data management.

In the Transfer module, CSV uploads have also become more intelligent, featuring AI-powered field mapping and support for unmapped CSV fields that can still appear in exports or analysis. Less setup, fewer clicks!

Real-time Lightning Sync
Tags added in DataGroomr now appear instantly in your Salesforce Lightning components; no refresh or reanalysis required. Whether tags are applied manually or suggested by AI during real-time review, updates are immediately reflected in Salesforce, keeping your users in sync at all times.
This update ensures sales and operations teams always have the most accurate, up-to-date record context right inside Salesforce with real-time experience that makes collaboration easier and decisions faster.
