DataGroomr’s customers can now benefit from its new Brushr tool to validate addresses
PHILADELPHIA, PA, May 28, 2021 – DataGroomr has updated its DataGroomr app on Salesforce AppExchange with a new tool called Brushr, which provides data validation specifically to confirm Salesforce record data, such as email, phone numbers and mailing addresses.
Built with AI technology, this new feature enables data validation for select fields. DataGroomr, available on Salesforce AppExchange, applies machine learning for the deduplication process. Most processes require filters or are rules based. Founded by Steve Pogrebivsky and Ben Novoselsky in 2020, DataGroomr applies machine learning algorithms so that businesses of any size can easily improve the quality and reliability of their customer data.

Data validation is a hot-button issue for any business that maintains a CRM system. According to Salesforce, poor quality data cost businesses around $700 billion a year, or 30 percent of the average company’s revenue. A recent Salesforce study found that the average customer’s database contains nearly 90 percent incomplete contacts, with more than 25 percent being duplicates.
